I received a gift certificate for Christmas, so this was the first time I’ve placed an order with Ty Ty Nursery. The site was easy to use and my items were shipped quickly. I liked that there was a QR code to scan on the side of the box for planting instructions. That was really helpful. Now I will have to wait and see how my raspberry canes bud out, because right now they are still dormant. Super happy with everything about Ty Ty Nursery so far though!

I had two trees that did not survive. After trying g the online claim process two time without an answer, I sent an email to the customer service email and was able to get the two dead trees replaced. I had ordered several other trees from tyty in the past an all have survived with the exception of the two.

Tree arrived in great shape! Well packed and ball still moist. Looked great, planted well, we will see how it does in a couple months. Thanks

Great prices on a wide range of products. I will continue to use and recommend to friends and family. Only thing I’m not fond of is the length in between the order and shipment/arrival due to shipment temperatures from the seasons.

As much as I would like to take advantage of your 25% of sale going on now, my last experience with TyTy left such a bad taste with me I would rather pay full price somewhere else. Being treated as a fool is hard to erase.

Unsatisfactory. I sent my complaint and no response was ever given much less an apology or offer of some kind of compensation.

Trees seemed healthy and straight. Shipping was faster than expected. Packaging was excellent, no damage to trees. Straight is important to me. I don't like grafts that go off at angles.
