I do wish you would provide a link to Youtube videos on planting, pruning and training your vine though.

I am a returning Customer for a few years to TY-TY. Always found the folks I speak to very friendly, helpful, highly knowledgeable and provide a service "attitude" 2nd to none. One person in particular in getting my order though the process this year named Theresa is extraordinary & exemplary in every facet of Customer care & service known to man. She is an absolute and genuine delight to work with, talk to with questions about the plants, etc. and a knowledge that is incredible. Hopefully she is well rewarded for her contributions to the company and if there is any type of a bonus program or recognition awards you provide to incredible people on the payroll.......She should hands down be a recipient of such recognition for how she portrays the Company.

The ordering was easy however they did not offer/explain about the recommended fertilizer pack. They are relatively inexpensive but only TyTy sells them for bamboo and they wouldn’t ship because under minimum order by themselves

Trees and shrubs arrived quickly and alive. Very well packaged
They let me know when a shipment would be delayed, which is great.

My medlars died and I didn't reorder on time cuz I'd need to overwinter them myself by the time I gave up on the old ones having a dormant bud burst through somehow but you guys honored it thabkyou!... I'm kinda afraid they will come before it warms up again but I keep em in until I know it's safe this time.... you guys might wanna wait to ship for everyone north of you a but I'm not sure
