My trees were ordered, shipped and arrived (in excellent condition!) within a week. Good job, TyTy. Thank you.

If you're buying trees anywhere else but TyTy then you are making a big mistake. I order the largest ones I can get and they are well pruned, taller than I am AFTER they are in the ground and really good sized. Their trees are way better than a place my dad and I ordered from a place in Missouri that has been in business for a long time. TyTy is the place!

Description on website was 6 inches wide and 6 feet tall. Not even close.

Despite being shipped bare root it was obvious they were container grown before the medium was removed. The root system was severely circled from being container bound and is pretty much worthless in my opinion. Frustrating having to plant a tree with a pathetic root system and hope for the best.

one of my trees had a broken taproot about 12 inches below the graft. the packing was outstanding and showed no damage. i cut the broken part off ( about 8 inches
one tap root was badly damaged 12 inches from graft, i cut at the break and planted it . the plants were were very well packaged and no damage to package. i hope the damaged one will make it.

Plant arrived in great shape though a few leaves were broken in shipping. I was surprised by the size as i think it was a bit larger and mature than I expected. It was very moist and the ice inside was still solid. It was wrapped almost too good as it was hard to get all the wrapping off but it was kept very secure. Overall very satisifed and this is my first online purchase of a plant.
