Worst blue berry bushes 've ever bought online. 10 plants for $300 are the size of one bush I got locally for $15. I cannot believe how bad I was ripped off. Even the shipping was $30 more than what TYTY actually paid.

I called Support to ask how to orient my trellis to the sun and wound up with a degree in horticulture from Teresa! I’ve called two more times (I’m a beginner) hoping Teresa would answer. She did once, but the other Tech was very helpful and polite, also.
My trees came yesterday and they are healthy and as advertised. Planting will be this weekend and I can’t wait…especially for the muscadines to start producing.

This year my trees won't be shipped until the Spring thaw. My 2 American chestnut trees from several years ago are growing well.

Trees I ordered were first rate. Folks I dealt with were cordial. My only issue was that I ordered larger trees which were delayed in planned shipping in December, and I heard nothing for over a month, then when I contacted them they said there was a "failure" of their crop of trees in that size. I would have hoped to be kept better informed, but I modified the order to smaller size - it all worked out.

Ty Ty is an amazing company with great customer service and products! They are the company you want to be a part of and support. Their knowledge of product and advice is unmatched. If there is disappointment, they will work to get it right. If a call is mistakenly dropped l, they call back. What they say is what they do. Thank you
Ty Ty, appreciate you all!

Plant arrived today. The box is completely destroyed but the tree looks to be in good shape. Hope you didn’t have anything other than the tree in the box. My only complaint was there wasn’t an estimated delivery date when I ordered. Other than that, everything looks good. Thank you.

My order was received 8 days ago and I called to see if or when it would be shipped. I was told that I had to wait because I was in line with others. I asked if it could be rushed a bit because I need to plant before property floods. No way I was told. Not to good of much.

Trees arrived in good shape and were planted. This is my 3d phone order and each time I've been impressed with the responsiveness of the staff. Assuming these trees grow well, I'm sure I'll shop with Ty Ty again.

Beware of warranty!! Purchased Over $600 of trees that never made it after two years of trying. They warranted the first ones but not second try.
$600 paid with one tree that might make it.
