I placed an order for a couple of blueberry bushes and three apple trees a few weeks ago. I've not received the order yet, so I can't honestly rate the condition of the plants at this time. I'll happily update my rating when the plants arrive and if they're in the condition I expect based off of other ratings I've read. The delay was over availability of one of the blueberry bushes, which is understandable, So I'm not really upset about the delay in delivery, but I've started with only three stars because I'thinlk it's kind of a pain to see if there are any updates on my order. When I go to their webpage, I just see that the order is "processing", so communications or updates have been a bit lacking.

I’ve bought fruit trees from TyTy for years & always receive quality products. We’re still picking peaches from trees that are like 15 years old. These small fruit trees that I just purchased seem to do better here in this Georgia soil than buying large trees, they grow fast & in abou5 3 years they wil put on fruit & they never fail to produce.

I had read about quick shipping, but in my case I ended up canceling the order after waiting 8 days for an update and then learning it wouldn't ship for another 4-7 days. No updates from customer service at all. Would be hard for me to try another order with this company.

I have difficulty shopping on line and I found your site difficult to use. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase, but had a difficult time finding the exit to pay. Also, there was a free postage box that I tried to access, but was unable to do; which, of course I did not like. So, in the future, if there is something I wish to purchase, I will go somewhere else unless you are the only company to offer the item.

Customer service was accommodating when I had a couple trees that never grew. I placed the claims and even when I only got credited for 1 of the 3, after I made note, I was credited properly. Only giving 4 stars since I had to correct their error in the refund!

I was disappointed in the trees I received. The apricot was just a five foot stick with no side branches and both five foot trees had roots cut off at about 6" below the ground line.
