I am disappointed that I couldn't get a refund for dead trees I ordered and was only offered store credit. Hoping my next order has living plants because I'm not sure what happens next if it happens again. This is not a good policy.

Not very impressed with the blueberry plants. I've ordered from other nurseries with much nicer plants. For this kind of money per plant, it is not a fair value. I would prefer a refund. Plants received are in poor condition.

I'm interested in developing a Post Oak (Quercus stellata) stand on my property in the Hill Country of Central Texas. I would benefit on my searches if yall had a search window where I could type the name of a tree or genera and go right to the result. Also, last year I bought a few cultivars from another marketer, and my plant recognition app said that these where clearly not Q. stellata, but that they were Q. alba. This is not your problem directly, but a credible work-up by a knowledgeable arborist might prevent my naive purchase of a weak (in the subject area, ie. Q. stellata = strong vs Q. alba = unknown) cultivar that just dies on a sunny day in Texas. I'm hoping that your trees are genetically related to the natives around here. (The living Post Oaks here are all old old old. With the eradication of screw flies, the deer population exploded. Tasty acorns and seedling trees are favored deer food).

My recent purchase was a credit for previous plants that were purchased and had died.
When speaking to the young lady on the phone, I double and triple checked that the plants I was buying would NOT be shipped until December 11th as your website states. I was ASSURED that they would be shipped as the website stated on December 11th as I have been in Hawaii since October 25th.
Lo and behold, the plants arrived at my home in Florida on October 27th!!!!!! Of course I’m not in Florida to take delivery and get them planted so they will be sitting in a box until I get home on October 31st!!! Extremely disappointed in the customer service and needless to say, I will NEVER be purchasing anything from your company again!!

I was sent a twig/stick 4 1/2' tall 1/4 to 3/8" diameter max at the base with 6 little leaves at the top and four of them were dead,the root ball looked decent,lets see if it makes it,

Look at how sick and dying the plants look that you sent me. Look at the plant named competitor, last picture. See how beautiful and full of life it is. Why can you not send me plants as nice as this competitor. For Christ sakes, I paid $357.50 for some nice plants, not this garbage you sent me. What are you going to do about it! Pictures were sent
