I bought three trees that were delivered in late January of 2023. The packaging was great and all 3 looked very healthy, but of course they were dormant. Two nearly a year later have done well , but one never came out of dormancy. I was under the impression that there was plant insurance warranty with the purchase. However, they do not refund or replace. Everything else was terrific.

Customer service is good. I had a tree die and they explained that it was too hot to plant another. Told me to wait until fall. They issued refund excluding shipping which us why they only get 4 ⭐️. Credit was applied to new purchase and new tree arrived earlier than first estimated. This is my 3rd tree with them and it looks really good. Maple I planted a couple of years ago is stunning when leaves change.

The Dogwood tree arrived quickly & packaged very well. Unfortunately, the tree was way smaller than expected for a 7 gal. container-yes it was 7 gal. But the tree was a tiny 3 ft tall stick-about the dimension of a chop stick. At $160 I would look elsewhere.
