I had trouble changing billing address from shipping address but over all it was a good experience hopefully the plants are as good as the ordering experience!

Nursery staff extremely proactive and cordial in offering and rescheduling plant delivery to later date corresponding with winter dormancy. Looking forward to spring arrival of trees!

One of the worst service

Great folks to buy your trees from.

After several back and forth discussions regarding bamboo, a purchase was made on January 13, 2023 for a Golden Goddess Bamboo plant advertised as a 6in. wide shoot clump and up to 6ft tall. Cost $65.75 plant, Tax $5.68 Shipping $21.55 for a total of $92.98.
What I received was a half dead stick that was 2.5 feet tall and a 4 inch ball of roots, maybe smaller. I reached out to TyTy and was told that "Many more shoots will come from the plant. ". So the first issue is misrepresenting products being sold.
After 3 months and no growth I followed up on my initial complaint with a picture of the "stick". Their reply, "The bamboo is recovering from the transplant shock it experienced and is growing well. Since the plant is still viable, there is nothing I can do at this time. You do still have the 1 year warranty in place in the event it does not survive. “ just more delays and continued refusal to refund.
After 4 months, and NO growth again a request for refund and the next excuse " that is initially purchased is the root clump, where dozens of new canes will begin to sprout from. If this cane does end up dying off, newer, healthier canes will begin to sprout taking the place of the cane pictured. It just needs time to become adjusted, and for the new shoots to be evident. " simply more delay tactics.
It’s now November and the stick is dead, no growth and time to insist on a refund. Their response "I have completed your claim and the credit is located on your account. To access your credit please scroll to the bottom of the webpage to login. Once you login, the credit will automatically be deducted from your future order total and will be expressed at the end of checkout. "
Yes it’s a gift card for almost half the original total cost to purchase another plant from them. So this is not a real " free" guarantee as promoted on home page but an opportunity for this company to further sell you another plant at no cost to them. And the shipping and tax, you have to pay that again.
The bottom line is that the customer takes a major loss and this company walks away scott free or better yet for them another, possibly profitable sale. Why would anyone with any common sense want to spend additional shipping and tax for another plant after that could be as bad if not worse than the first. There’s something very wrong with this approach possibly illegal, bottom line there are many other excellent nursery’s that actual offer a true guarantee of a refund.

I am very satisfied with my red haven peach trees. Excited for this next year and hope to order more for my new upcoming orchard. The customer service was helpful and knowledgeable and helped n answered all my questions and concerns.

The plants were in good shape plenty of roots. They should do good.

What a rip-off. Regrettably, I ordered what appeared to be a robust a 3 year fruiting raspberry plant on-line and instead received a frail, wiry, appalling looking wisp of a twig. I strongly suggest taking your hard earned money and spending it elsewhere, rather than wasting it here at TyTy.

Excellent customer service...I had to have two Peach trees replaced... the replacement ones came in after I reported the origional ones not growing as expected.... the new ones have grown to 8 ft tall over this past summer... they are doing great.

Was able to select the date of shipment of the orders so I can arrange to be home when they arrive... they are packed with some gel stuff to keep them moist.. they are dormant when shipped.

Very reasonable prices for what I bought (plum tree and kiwi plant) compared to other vendors. Everything shipped quickly, and arrived looking healthy. I soaked in water for several hours as soon as I received them and planted right away. We'll see how they pop up next spring. So far I'm pleased!
