It was very easy to find the plants I wanted to buy and they had a good selection, as well. I look forward to receiving my plants so I can get them in the ground.

Of all of my experiences with nurseries, Ty Ty’s has been by far the best. As an arborist, I have had lots of questions about specific varieties of trees, and Ty Ty’s communication and assistance have always been fantastic. Quality and price are excellent as well. This is easily my first-choice nursery.

I’ve bought from Ty Ty before. You always have very good descriptions. Zone compatibility. Partner pollinators. Products have come in very good shipping boxes. I will buy from Ty Ty again.

While communicating with Ty Ty was good, the trees we received were disappointing. We ordered two kichory trees, which should have a tap root. What we received were two sticks with no roots attached to either.

I have successfully planted and raised trees from mail order. In May, I received two trees from you. One was a black gum and the other was a sourwood. When I got them, they just didn't look right. During the spring, they never budded or grew leaves. Summer saw no change even though I watered and cared for them as I did my other trees. During the fall, I did a scrapping test and saw no green wood under the bark. I enacted your tree insurance policy. However, I only received enough credit to replace one tree. In the few trees that died with Arbor Day, they just sent me replacements. I didn't have to tax because they were replacements and I didn't have to pay shipping. With your company, I had to pay both. Therefore, while I paid for two trees, I'm only getting one replacement. If this tree does not work, I will be out more money. I will never order from Ty Ty again.

I purchased a gift certificate from Ty Ty Nursery on November 17th. Today is November 24th and I still haven't received it in my email. Luckily I bought it as a Christmas gift so I can wait, but it doesn't feel great I didn't even receive an email but the money was charged through PayPal/transaction was completed
