Very difficult to write a review when the product has not been received. As of now, this is a second go round to purchase items that were sent out damaged/dead. Based on prior experience I am not likely to recommend this company to anyone. Should the next round of items come back alive, I would more likely recommend. However, since I lost money in the entire situation, my recommendations would be less. Right now a 2 start, 5 recommendation rating is entered. Try again next spring to see if you improve.

I had 2 trees from my order die within a couple of months after planting. TyTy has not asked for reasonable evidence they were indeed dead.

For me it was a 50/50, low stars due to the embarrassing state of one of the plants that I had planned to gift and now can’t. I ordered two different bamboo plants, a blue and a black variety. The shipping was good, fast and securely packaged. The blue henon plant looks great and I am happy with it. Sadly the black bamboo not so much. Very disappointed with how it looks. It is tall with a few branches of leaves that are all completely yellow. The cane itself is thin and looks older, with the bottom few inches just turning black and the rest yellowish with a sprinkling of blackish specks. No green to be found, just yellow leaves turning black at the tips and dying. The roots looked like they may be okay, so my hope is it can recover from whatever it is suffering from. I probably would have thought twice about paying $20 for a plant in this condition much less $65.

I was surprised that tyty was holding shipping until April because my ground was frozen when in reality the ground temp has not fallen below 45 degree F yet this year. Still, the customer service person said there were probably also other reasons that were not listed in their original message. Over-all a positive experience.

Nice experience! Took advantage of a holiday discount on a Ginkgo tree. My second purchase from TyTy, my first was a Catulpa tree. The Gingko arrived today much like the Catulpa, bare root and very well packaged. Arrived on a Saturday and I got it in the ground.
