My purchase (a 9' Mulberry tree) arrived yesterday in excellent condition, in a strong box with inner sections taped to hold the trunk securely, and the rootball wrapped in plastic and moist paper. In addition to the very attractive price, the fast turnaround has made this transaction an excellent one. I will be recommending Ty Ty Plant Nursery to friends, and buying from them again!

Extremely disappointed. Ordered 2 "3 year old blooming plants" Received 2 branches to plant in the ground. Will never order from here again. Nothing like what eas pictured on their website.

The Washingtonia palm was of good size and was packaged well. Barefoot trees can be problematic when planted this far into the growing season, but I’m hoping for the best on this impressive specimen.

Your web site wouldn't let me order my plants so I called directly and a very nice young lady did it for me. I was about to give up. The order arrived a day early. What a surprise. I got them into the ground this morning and they look like they are as happy as clams. I hope they do as well as the last bamboo's did that I got from you.
GREAT SERVICE!

honestly at first I was pretty mad when my Chinese walnuts arrived, and they were bare root. maybe it was in description but I apparently missed it lol.
Anyway, even as barefoot. These trees were out in ground 4 days ago, and already have buds forming. I am we’re pleasantly surprised they started growth so soon!

So I ordered 13 trees about a month ago. The process for placing my order was easy as pie. When my trees arrived I looked them over. I would say they appeared to have been a bit over pruned (probably to fit all 13 in the same box) but we got them through a bit of a soak in some water and into the ground. And let me just say 11/13 so are a looking great. One of my 2 Pawpaws and my Chickasaw Wild Plum are having some issues (No budding or leaves yet) so we may have to use the 1 year warranty. Overall I am super satisfied and will be ordering more trees in the future.

Beautiful plants! I ordered 6 berry bushes and they are just lovely. I’ve used Fast-Growing-Trees in the past and as wonderful as they are, they’ve gotten too expensive. I’m so impressed with Ty Ty Nursery and will absolutely order again!

I appreciate the gift certificate but question the minimum order amount of $50 when I only want to order a tree less than that amount. The other issue is the shipping cost of over $27 on a single $35 tree. Just doesn't seem right.

Awesome nursery! I have purchased many trees and plants from them. They never disappoint me.

The purchase logistics were easy enough, but the tree itself was in very tough shape when it arrived today - the top was cut off with some sort of white wrapping material clinging to the top, very few leaves and they were dying, tiny bare root ball relative the size of the tree, tree was too long for the box, no instructions for how to plant the tree.
I will plant the tree but don't hold out much hope that it will recover.

My order was shipped fast. I took the time to plant 1 gala apple tree, 1 thornless black berry bush. Both looked health and I can’t wait till they bear fruit.

Never going to order anything from you again! Two thirds of the tree I bought died and all you did was offer me a gift certificate for the difference from a 6 foot tree to a 2 foot tree. A refund of the difference was in order. Fortunately, I found another company to supply what I originally ordered. Better customer service from you was in order.
