I made an order for a Nikita’s gift persimmon tree and was eagerly waiting for its arrival. Only after receiving the shipping email that I did I do my due diligence and read up reviews of this business and it wasn’t good!!! Let me tell you, I was sweating bullets and ready to cause a ruckus if my plant came dead or whatever. To my surprise, I received the tree as described and very quickly, too. I’ve already planted it and I hope the leaves will sprout soon. I hope I don’t have to eat my words and the tree croaks some time down the road. Haha
Anyway, I’ll never know why any business wants to screw their customers because positive word of mouth and repeat customers is what will make a business successful.
Thus far, I’m happy with my experience with Ty Ty and I hope that if I have any problems, that they would try to correct it. Thanks very much!

If you aren’t open to the public, and you don’t allow the public to come and browse or at least pick out the plant(s) they are purchasing, yet you sell to the public via pick up orders only , shouldn’t you at least service the public customers that place orders…? It took me about a month to replace a tree that died shortly after planting. Back and forth emails blah blah blah… Thanks for honoring your warranty but I didn’t appreciate the process in which it was handled.

Ordered a tree last September and it arrived dead.Went through all the procedures and wanted a new tree.Had to wait till June 1st to replace my tree and instead of a tree replacement they gave me a gift certificate. Now I have to pay an unbelievable amount of shipping for a tree they should have replaced. Not good customer service. Wouldn't recommend this company.

I received my Dynamite Crape Myrtle yesterday. The shipping to CT was rough on it; all the leaves are dead & dry and the root ball wasn't what I expected (just a round know, with no longer more developed roots).
I'm staying optimistic and hoping it will recover fully soon. But it'd be much better if you asked my opinion/for ratings after the tree's been here for a couple of months. It's just too soon to tell anything - but I very much appreciate having it!
