The bamboo roots are dead. I will be filing a complaint with both the bbb and the charge card I used for purchased.

I purchased a total of 6 - Li Jujube, Sugar Cane Jujube, Crimson Seedless grapes, Delight Seedless grapes, Einset Red seedless gapes and Thomcord Seedless grapes.
The package arrived on time. However all the 6 varieties were clamped together and coiled in one. The fruit trees lost all the leaves - they were brittle and dried. And the others are DEAD. I immediately called up and spoke with Jennifer. I asked for a replacement and she said we have to wait till next year. I was advised by her to give it a try - plant it and we see each other or talk next year. She was cold, withdrawn and seemingly irritated. l was not pleased!

Hi, I was disappointed of receiving one of my tree as a cocktail tree which was supposed to have four different branches of different trees in one tree. instead, I just got one small branch tree, which I don’t even know what is it so I’m not going to order from you anymore thank you..

I bought a product that said qualifies for free shipping. I was charged shipping. I emailed and asked, I got an email saying they received my email and that was it. Not even a reply. So I won’t buy again. But they did send me an email to leave a review. Had time for that but not for a question. Right or wrong no reply. So over $20 in shipping I’ll buy somewhere else. It’s not even the money, it’s how they didn’t respond!

Plants came wrapped in plastic, seemed dried out when we received them!

Tree arrived with no leaves. There seems to be some spring to it, but I have no idea that it will live.

Shopping was easy, love the selection. Plants arrived quickly and were amazingly well packed. Instructions for some items were either not included, or hazy. There were references to "markings" that were not obvious on the plants. So far the Red Flame grapes are doing well, the Summer Muscat appear to be dead with wide cracks in the stem body, and the Thompson Green have no obvious signs of life or death.

Tried to cancel order next day after changing my mind. Unable to cancel online, had to call, and was forced to pay a restocking fee just to cancel the order. Will not order again from this company.

Their website is simplicity itself.
A pleasure doing business with them, and I will - absolutely - order again.

Was not send my order, just refunded for items not sent. No communication or attempt to notify me which item I was being refunded for. Shipping fee was not recalculated for less items. Overall bad experience.

Plants shipped and appear healthy! No leaves but we’ll protected during shipping. Easy to deal with. Will order again next time I need fruit trees
