I received a tree, and it died. I was told I'd receive credit to my account for the cost of the tree and not shipping. And in the end, I never received credit to my account for the tree.

I purchased a bigger, more expensive tree than I wanted because it said it was in stock. A day later I received an email saying that it wasn't in stock and that I would receive it next year. I contacted the number and the woman said would try to see if they could ship me one for this year and call me back. She never called me back. I called back and spoke to a women who said he found a tree and would send it immediately and I would receive the tree today (06/13). I hadn't received the tree and contacted you guys again to check the status. The woman I spoke to said that the tree had not yet shipped but would go out today. I have since received a tracking number so hopefully I get what I ordered this week. So far I am not thrilled with my experience but we will see when I receive my order.

The online purchase went fine. But when I got my plants they weren’t good. The 2 blueberries were packed with the persimmon and didn’t not have enough shipping material on them when I got the box the plants were not fresh they were dried out. Unlikely that they will survive.

I purchased a Beach tree several early this Spring.
The tree didn’t survive; I am an agronomist and have planted many things including a couple orchards.
I was told they don’t do anything until after June 1sts: well, it’s after June 1st.
I’ve sent pics,etc.
My biggest letdown is I would like Ty Ty to be a little more communicative.

I have ordered from this nursery several times. The products usually arrive nicely packaged, no dents or rips in box. Most of my purchases are alive and doing well!! I did have a peach tree, a blackberry and 2 raspberry plants that never leafed out for some strange reason. I called a few times and each time, the Rep seemed annoyed by the nature of the call. She told me to wait until June to file a Plantsurance claim. I’ve filed twice now on the website but no one has reached out, not an email or even a confirmation that my request was received. A little disappointing but overall, the plants and trees that did leaf out are doing well!

However, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my plum trees. They honestly look like Charlie Browns Christmas tree. I was expecting fruit bearing trees but I shocked when I received two twig like trees. I have pictures if you’re interested.

I ordered 3 red bud trees and only received 2. Although part of the money was refunded, no explanation was provided. I contacted the nursery via email (twice) no answer.

Both trees came in nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and paper that surround gel water pellets. The leaves were green and brown due to shipping. They should come back nicely. I don’t expect flowers since spring has passed. As soon as they stabilize I hope to transplant then where they will stay permanently.
