Ordered and received two hickory trees. They arrived in a timely manner but after two weeks in the ground show no signs of life.

Ordered an ash tree and still hasn’t come out of dormancy. It looks to be dead. Waste of money

Bamboo arrived looking like dried straw. After a lot of TLC(horticultural background) they are looking like they will survive and do well, it's been 2 weeks since they arrived. I would order again if TyTy got rid of UPS, the most disrespectful company I've run across, and my Co. does logistics. I don't understand how they keep their jobs talking to your customers the way they do.

I bought 2 trees. One was viable and beautiful. The other arrived dead. I sent photos of the 2 trees and the receipt to TyTy. They replied that no action until June 1. I resent the email on June 1 and still have not heard from them. I can only conclude that they not a reliable supplier.

Bare rooted trees have not broken dormancy yet. Still waiting to see if they are alive.

Company sent a dead tree! I have contacted This company who states they will give a store credit “later” and refuses to cover the high shipping cost originally charged. This company is a rip off. I paid a total of $72 for a 3 foot dead stick!

Unfortunately I was sent dead black berry bushes and a dead blue berry bush and a dead elderberry stick. Only thing alive was the apple tree. SMH.

Tree was much shorter than I had ordered. No planting instructions or care instructions. Also ordered moisture packets which also did not come with instructions

Fantastic mail order company. I bought a total of 12 bamboo plants this summer. All have arrived large and healthy. I have one not doing well. I was told to wait and it will sprout another bamboos and it has. This company is great… plants arrived fast, healthy and if a problem they are very helpful on the phone. My son-in-law also made an order of bamboo and his arrived fast and healthy. I highly recommend TyTy.
