Very disappointed. I bought a tree from you . It died. You issued a credit. Instead of sending me a new Stella cherry tree you tried to sell me a new one at a higher price AND charge me shipping. I feel you should have REPLaCED the dead one FREE. I will never deal with you again, and I will spread the word how cagey you are.

I ordered a fruit bearing persimmon tree. It arrived very wilted and I've been trying to save it for the past 2 mos.
It has lost almost all of its leaves and it's on the way to heaven .

I really needed some help with a purchase I made, it was my first time ever purchasing a tree online, I ordered based on reviews, I got two trees thinking I had only ordered one w the added other stuff like fertilizer, I wanted to insure my success with planting a tree for the first time ever. I called and the lady I spoke w was so nasty, condescending, and she was terrible at her customer service. Just to the point where I asked to speak w a supervisor, and she said there wasn’t one available, so I hung up because after about 10 min with trying communicate with her, I was done. One of my trees is looking good, and the other may be dead. I’m going to call them back to see if they can do anything about it. Receiving the trees was a great experience, they were prompt in delivery, but this lady!!! If this is a family business, and she’s part of the family, and they’re just trying to keep her busy, they should reconsider, and fire her. I think they will loose business because of her.

I would have liked a little more explanation on what to expect after planting the tree - All the leaves died and then fell off, but now it appears to be growing new leaves. - I just wasn;t sure if the leaves falling off was normal after planting

The delivery was very prompt and the packaging excellent - the design of the cardboard protected the trees and the gel packaged around the roots provided sufficient moisture. I am concerned though whether one of the two trees will make it or not as it’s taproot had been cut. Both trees had very few lateral roots/root hairs, so it remains to be seen if they can establish themselves. I planted them right away to give them the best chance.

Trees were all bundled together in a single box. Several branches were broken. Some still have not put out. Will buy my trees/bushes from a dealer who delivers items in the pot they were growing in. Even if I have to pay more for shipping. Very disappointed in the shipping process.

The packaging and delivery was flawless. The choice in blueberry shrubs was not good. One of the shrubs is nearly leafless and they all have spotted leaves that are unhealthy. One of the grape vines is not growing at all while the other two are thriving. The pear tree has yet to bud but all the others are doing amazing. Your prices are very fair but I really am praying I didn’t waste money on the trees/shrubs/vine. That’s quite a bit of money.
