Where do I start! Purchased a pecan tree in January and planted it called in may was told to wait longer for any new growth June it fell over rotted about 6” below graft. Called in after no reply from online “plantsurance” and got a rep who acted like I was disturbing her. So after discussing the situation and resending pictures and other info it was resolved that I would get a credit for purchase of tree not to include shipping which was 1/3 of purchase. So I can reorder tree and pay another shipping fee. You do not replace a product as I was told it was stated during the check out process. Will use credit but will never buy from you again!

I bought four grape plants, but they were all dead, and when I complained, I was asked to provide proof -- scraping the dead stalks, photographing them, and sending the photos. I did that, and did it a second time, and just now, a third time. I eventually got a credit for half of the plants, but that doesn't include the $30 or so that it cost to ship them. I'm still waiting for credit for the rest, but if I want to replace them, I'll have to pay another $30 for shipping the replacements, too. You guarantee live plants, but with all the obstacles and extras fees, it hardly seems worth pursuing.

I placed my order for a tree which was supposedly in stock, only to receive an email the following day saying the tree was out of stock and shipping would not take place till spring 2024. I called to cancel the order and thankfully they promptly issued a refund. Just very disappointed.

Tree arrived dead. Several emails and pic exchanges and 6 months later they finally agreed to an exchange (with me covering $30 in shipping). Now I have to wait an additional 6 months for the next seasonal/ship time. Don't waste your time and money. Buy local instead.

Not thrilled with my experience with TyTy Nursery thus far. One of the plants was basically dead on arrival, with 4 more not in great shape. Within a couple months those 4 trees and that shrub all were dead. The other trees and plants have been doing okay, but half of my order was in poor shape from the start. Then, TyTy will not issue credits until the middle of the year, in case these dead plants are just coming out of dormancy, supposedly, even though they were obviously dead. I have yet to receive credit for the plants, and the growing season is already half way over. Having to wait so long, now the plants are out of stock too. So, I'll have lost a whole year of growing for multiple plants that were obviously in bad shape from the moment they arrived. Not a great experience. It definitely makes me hesitant to order from them again,

I purchased an order that qualified for free shipping. They were out ifcan item. Rather than contacting me, they charged me $40 shipping and sent my order without the item. I sent two emails within the past 2-3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. My dormant plants/ trees have yet to do anything. No one from this place will talk to you though. I placed two large orders this year, and y'all just lost me as a customer. Cannot recommend.

I bpught 2 Plants in Oct Nov. After 8 months waiting still not grow at all. a call several time and sent pictures but got store credit and wasted my $26.00. If i will place order and again waste my $26.00 + wasting one
