I recently received an email from titi nursery regarding shipment on the grapes that I ordered. I am being told the shipment will not take place until January 2024. I want to cancel my order and get a full refund as it was not disclosed that there would be a seven month delay on the plants that I ordered when I placed that order. Please have customer service reach out to me about that refund and cancellation of my order.

The purchase was great and the plants were great. The plant replacement due to warranty is not. I feel as if the cause of the hassle is such so that I decide it’s just not worth it to have my replacements sent. I’ve been trying to get this done for a few months now. I’ve turned around all information and verification pictures in less than 24 hours each time something is requested of me. I still don’t know where we stand.

I will not recommend this company. I purchased 6 fruit trees and 6 fertilizer packs oh and the 6 other packs they recommend. Planted all trees and one has not made it. I did the scrap test like they said and is dark brown dead inside. They did not even give me a credit for the full amount I paid for the tree. This is not how you do business. Because your product failed I have to spend more money to get another one. No thanks I will go to tricot supply..they issue full refunds!!!

Recently received 2 cherry trees -planted both the minute they came - one seems to be showing some green leaves popping thru -the other is still all brown -I don’t think it’s gonna be ok - what is my recourse ?

Some plants just were not much. The trees that looked like trees and had good bit of roots took right off. The ones I sort of questioned, failed. Some roots could have got dry in shipping but I do not think so. And I did nothing to make them fail to thrive. I thought the nectarines might make it but the apricots and plums just were not much. I am at about two weeks so I do not believe I will have any future success. I hope I am wrong.
