When I first opened the box I thought I just wasted my time and money.
In the box there were two sticks ( I ordered two grape vines), I had to think about which side of the sticks had to go in the ground.
But after about a week new green leaves started popping and two months later both vines are much bigger and looking great.

I had a difficult time getting timely responses to my emails and I had to call after waiting two months to finally get time-critical information but now I am struggling to get a store credit for part of an order that did not survive because I did not receive the time-critical information in a timely manner. Very frustrating.

Trees were beat up when received. Tried to call and turn in but was told I had to wait till June. Did everything I could to help the trees, extra large holes, root stimulator, new top sill and bark are per guidelines. Luckily I got two to grow leaves and one that still has green bark. Other two are dead. Sent pictures, but no refunds. Major disappointment in shape of trees and even worse service. Buy local if at all possible! Do not use this company!

The four grape trees arrived, looking dried up and dead. We planted them anyway. After 6 weeks, no activity. I contacted customer support, it took a few weeks, it I received a credit for half on my cost and was told no other grape trees were available.
Since I had to use my credit, I purchases some bulbs, which will arrive late fall, at an additional cost to me. Now I am out the original cost plus an additional amount and have nothing to show for it yet! They should no charge your credit card, until your order is shipped!
