Terrible. I bought the plant a month ago and they sent an email saying that they were going to send us another plant because the other one got damaged during shipping and they haven't sent an email about a status update or refund.

Experience has yet to be fulfilled. Only issue I have is; A disclaimer should have popped up when I chose vines, informing me that “Those vines won’t ship til 2024…6 months away.” Then I could’ve decided whether to continue or cancel.

I think TyTy has conscientious management, but my experience has been poor. I’ve never bought nursery vines with a 8 out of 20 failure rate. It’s best to find out who consciously picked those vines to send to me … I’m thinking it may have been an opportunity to get rid of dated product, who knows. The 12 that grew only four are growing from the top. The rest have pushed out shoots from the bottom. Honestly, I don’t know if they’ll make it. 75 Vines I bought this year from another nursery are 74:1 dud: they’re growing vigorously. That’s my honest review. I don’t think I’ll be buying grapevines from TyTy again.

I appreciate truly taking care of the customer, policy be damned. I was admittedly unsatisfied with round 1 and a policy I thought was not pro-comsumer. But that didn't stop this company from "going the extra mile" to create a satisfied customer.

I paid but you don’t send the tree. If the weather too hot, why you still selling that tree. Your tree care techniques are so good. But you have no warning when buying plants this summer time. If there is a warning or you guys don't sell the tree at this time, then I have another option. I will consider canceling this order because I don't know when you will ship the plants to me.

I ordered several berry plants and fruit trees. Some made It well and some didnt survive the transplant. TyTy gave credit for the dead plants and im goiNg to order for replant in early Spring next year

Purchased fruit and berries last fall. Almost all of them made it. For the few that did not root out, I was able to submit a claim and receive immediate credit. Purchased more plants for the next season. Would recommend this nursery to anyone wishing for some quality barre root plants.

Two out of the 3 trees didn’t survive the transplanting.. Also, make sure you know what zone you are in. The site said the tree I was buying would grow in the state I live in. It died but wasn’t covered by their warranty because it in fact is not meant for my state. After I looked at it there isn’t a single zone in my state it would survive in yet the site said the tree would. Buyer beware.
