Ty Ty Nursery provided excellent customer service regarding their Plant Insurance policy. Working with them to review and ultimately replace some trees that perished after last year's winter blast was an above-board experience through and through. I will continue to shop at Ty Ty for their exceptional service, let alone their amazing selection!

Bought 3 Reliance three year old grape vines. Two made it and one died. TyTy gave me a store credit to buy another. I expected them to ship me one in place of the one that died but that is not what they do. I have to order $40 worth of plants/accessories and the shipping is free. I don't need to spend $40. All I want and expect is for them to ship me for free one three year old Reliance grape vine and they won't as that is not their policy I was told. I will never order anything from them again and will tell my friends not to also. They try to make you spend your money for other plants/accessories even though you don't want /need them.

I was a first time purchaser. Part of the attraction of choosing you over, say Stark Bro, was your return policy. I went ahead and purchased the grape vines I actually wanted. I was pleased they were on sale, but that was not my motivation. Three of these vines did not sprout. Essentially you sold me a dead/defective product. I wanted that product. The refund was not cash, which means I am forced to buy that product at your new price, or some other product, but I don't get my money back. The refund only bought two, not three AND, I had to repay for shipping. My suspicion might be that you actually knew the vines were defective and therefore put them on sale and did this intentionally knowing I would have to use your store credit. Probably not the case, but enough of a possibility that it comes to mind. I won't be using Ty Ty again.

TyTy takes your money for 8 to 10 months (depending on when you order). . Sits on it, then potentially sends you unviable trees. Offers to replace them a year later. This is a poor business practice. No customer should tie up their money for months or years. Buy viable potted plants. Avoid this site.

My almond trees I ordered, great, they are alive and thriving…. But the bamboo plant was doa, I waited to call for replacement, until June as the lady asked me to, but no replacement has been sent!! It was rather expensive, and I have sent three emails, as I cannot seem to get response on the phone. No messages back!! What is the deal?

Ordered 6 black bamboo trees, upon arrival they did not seem astonishingly vigorous, and I did not think all 6 surviving was of very high likelihood. Nonetheless, all 6 were planted and about 10 weeks later all 6 are showing signs of new growth! Some of them only show new shoots coming out of the ground, while others have new growth coming from the top branches. Anyway, just give them time and water and they will come to life!

As a 20+ year wholesale tree farmer, ( 400+ acres and 10,000+ bareroot transplants annually,, I knew the pecan I got in January 2023 would not grow/dead by the end of march , you keep telling to wait another 30 days , then another 30 days then another 30 days until finally you issued me a credit in july 2023. It is now too late to get a replacemment and I missed a complete growing season. Had you ask for me to scrape the bark in March you would have confirmed it was dead I will probably use the credit you finally issued me, however I as skepticcal about purchasing anything else from your company. The tree I purchased arrived dead. The only compensation they would offer was store credit. I asked if they would instead just ship me a new tree and was told that's not an option. So now I am out $30 in shipping, and almost $30 for the tree since I would NEVER purchase from them again and cannot use the store credit. What an awful way to do business!
