We bought six 3 year old vine Zen vines from you with all the recommended fertilizer and protection and only two three are growing. The other three are struggling. One budded and the looks as if it is dead. Not happy.

Purchasing was easy with lots to choose from. I can't say anything about my order as I haven't received it.

I bought two American Chestnut trees, a bare root Himrod grape and three Red Flame grapes. One American chestnut was big and leafed out quickly. The other was a tiny stick and died after a few weeks. The Himrod grape took over a month to wake up as did one of the Red Flame grapes. A few months later, the other two Red Flames never woke up. 50 percent of the plants I received didn’t make it or didn’t wake up. I won’t purchase from this nursery again.

The tree I ordered and planted in the spring needed to be replaced and customer service was very good--they sent me an email requesting all the right info and credited my account.

I needed to clarify address regarding a refund on their tree guarantee and the associated planting zone. I took a minute, but everything was cleared up and the appropriate credit was made.

TyTy has made finding the orchard of my dreams affordable and real. The variety of plants available is wonderful, the information provided is very helpful, and the ease of ordering/navigating the site is easy. The only reason I am leaving four stars is because of the customer service. I called with a question that I couldn't find an answer to on the website, and the person that answered was not exactly friendly.

Have been dealing with Ty Ty for a few years - 80 to 100 plants. The plant selection is extensive, the packaging very professional, and delivery prompt. And if there is a problem with a plant which does not come alive, they will issue a credit to your account.
