1 year guarantee is misleading. I planted a black gum tree that never leafed out in spring/summer. I contacted customer service, sent a picture of the dead tree and they credited my account. This sounds good, but the amount my account was credited was not enough to replace the tree because I had used a discount code and shipping costs are not included. Instead of sending a new tree, I had to repurchase the tree, I had to pay shipping again and the difference in price since that discount code is no longer valid. The guarantee is more like a discount on your 2nd tree should you decide to try again. My replacement tree should arrive in December. Hopefully I'll have better luck. If not, I will not purchase from this company again.

The two trees I received both died. TyTy did a great job of making it right by issuing a credit for the initial purchase price. I re-ordered the trees, but in a smaller size. I will receive them in January of 2024 and hopefully these will live. I will say the selection of trees, shrubbery, etc., is extensive.

Spent over $150 to purchase a 5-foot tall young tree for my husband’s birthday. The plant came in with little soil, not growing well after planted. Emailed to customer service and was told to wait for a few months. The tree completely died after a few months. Sent picture to the customer service and got about $100 store credit. That was my first experience of shopping plant online. Will never do that again. Customer service feedback was quick and nice though.

We bought six 3 year old vine Zen vines from you with all the recommended fertilizer and protection and only two three are growing. The other three are struggling. One budded and the looks as if it is dead. Not happy.
