I ordered from TyTy because i specifically wanted Northern pecan trees. They were 6 ft tall and looked dead on arrival this spring so I took photos and called right away. They offered a "refund" but it's actually in-store credit. Also, the website doesn't note required zones for plants. Only when i click on something does a notice indicate special consideration is needed. We ordered replacement trees but "fall" shipping was only offered in mid-December and in SD the ground will be frozen. I would not purchase from them again.

I purchased a number of trees/plants from TyTy, many did not make it. I used their plant insurance to get new ones, but they only gave a credit for the initial cost and not shipping. So when I ordered replacements, it still cost me over $100. Plus, I was hoping to do a fall planting so they'd be established next spring, but they won't be sending them till next spring, so now I'm TWO YEARS behind where I was hoping my plants would be at this time.

Bamboo plants looked packed pretty good but the boxes were smashed and some small damage to the branches and I am worried they were handled a little rough in transit. However the trees are planted and I will just have to wait a see.
