They shipped at a very reasonable rate. I've had issues with their plant warranty, mainly that I can't seem to get a response about replacing my dead plants.

One plant is doing fabulous and one did not survive, so they are giving me a store credit as promised for that tree.

So far, I have been happy with TyTy Nursery. The products have been of good quality. The information about the plans helps greatly. The only issue I had was I followed the live plant return/refund as directed and received a store credit-which is fine. I got refunded $22.80 and not the full price of $27.75. I am grateful TyTy supports Veterans.

The tree I purchased arrived dead. I called immediately and was told that the tree was just dormant in deeded to be given time to “wake up”. After eight weeks the tree looked the same as it had when it arrived less the dead leaves, which had fallen off. After going back-and-forth, it was finally agreed that the tree would be replaced next spring when it had its best chance of survival. While , I am happy with that. I do not feel that the one-year warranty should apply to a tree that originally arrived dead. The purpose of that one year is to ensure that the transplanted tree does not die within the first year of being transplanted, a dead tree had no chance at all. So with any luck, I will receive a new tree next April (I have already paid for the shipping of such), I will plant it, and it will live a long, happy life. Thank you for that.!

Received a dying tree, was advised it was “still alive” and to plant anyway, planted with plenty of plant food and fertilizer and watering and it kept dying. I am not impressed with this nursery. They also don’t replace trees, rather they give you a “gift certificate” for only the amount of the tree (no taxes returned-despite this not being clear in the policy). This delays new growth of trees and eventually runs out all money if you keep getting dead or dying trees. Not impressed

I wish that all my trees would have survived. When some didn't, TyTy stood by the Plantsurance committed and gave me a credits for the trees that didn't survive. Processing the Plantsurance claim was hassle free. I appreciate TyTy's commitment to customer service. Thanks!

Return policy is aggravating After receiving a dead plant credit then required Mr to purchase more than needed to replace what I had asked to be replaced. Frustrating and deceptive will never purchase again. Keep the credit

I was worried when I saw the tree without any sign of life, no leaves and the root system looked weak. After about more than tree weeks, a few leaves tarted pop out. At lest its alive! Now just wait and see it will start grow and go through the winter here.

My friend and I jointly ordered 13 fruit trees. They arrived promptly and we planted them in March of 2023. Several did not grow leaves when our existing trees started blossoming and growing leaves. But gradually some of the trees came to life and grew leaves. Two Persimmon trees, two Pomegranate trees and one plum tree still did not grow leaves by beginning of May. However TyTy Nursery told us to be patient and allow more time (middle of June) for the “shocked” trees to recover. During this time, I moved the two persimmon trees and replanted them in more well-drained spots of my backyard. That did the trick. Both persimmon trees came to life and grow leaves. Lesson learned: make sure Persimmon trees are planted in well-drained spots in your backyard. The two Pomegranate trees and one plum trees never came to life. After proving to TYTY Nursery that they are dead (had to shave a piece of bark 8-inches from base of the dead trees and taking pictures), TyTy Nursery issued us store credit for the 3 dead trees. We plan to use our credit in December because we want to get replacement pomegranate trees and they are not available till December. All in all We had a good experience with this nursery. The customer service staff were polite and customer-focused as well as knowledgeable about the trees, i.e’ they knew when these trees come to life and grow leaves. They promptly responded to emails and issued credits that were due and fair. We hated for those 3 trees not to come to life but we understand trees get a shock when all the roots are washed and shipped in boxes to customers. Perhaps those 3 trees died because we did not plant them in well-drained land, or watered them too much, etc. Regardless, TyTy Nursery believed us and gave us credits. We recommend this Nursery to everyone that plan to buy fruit trees. Make sure you plant your trees in well-drained land and use good soil and fertilizer. It is not always the fault of a nursery that a purchased-tree dies. It could be due to customer not planting the tree correctly!

I ordered Li Jujube this year , one year warranty , I plant but won't grow or dead , TyTy nursery promise will replace for me this year or next April 2024

Absolutely awful. I can't redeem the warranty on my dead raspberry cane because the amount doesn't meet the minimum $40 for an order. Everyone should be aware that any plant you purchase under $40 cannot be directly exchanged without purchasing further plants. It's an awful and predatory policy designed to discourage customers from redeeming a warranty that was promised prior to the original purchase.

Thank you for replacing 3 mulberry trees that in my opinion were destroyed by the shipping company (UPS). Trees were packaged well, but appeared to be severely overheated in transit. I'm anxiously waiting for the replacements that I'm having delivered to an alternate location due to ongoing issues locally with UPS deliveries. I would like to see more carrier options for future deliveries.

Tried to get my replacement trees after 2 apricot trees did not grow and no refund was in my login account. Reached out with no response via email. No refund on my account. No shipping till January. Waste of time and money. Will only buy local trees that aren't dormant. Business model is horruble.

My olive tree was tall as expected and wrapped very well. Looks like good quality. I can’t wait to have it bear fruit.

Tree arrived in what appeared to be in fair condition but shortly thereafter it lost all of it's leaves and eventually died. The only living part of the tree is the rootstock. This is the first TyTy tree I've ordered that died . I'm assuming the scion/rootstock junction was compromised during shipment.
