Shopping experience was easy. But, tree that was delivered had roots much too severely pruned, and the top 38" of the main leader was dead (no green under the bark, was brown, brittle and dead when pruned off). Planted it in a 1/2 whiskey barrel, watered in and kept in partial shade to get it started. After 8 days two of five side branches started to leaf out, no live buds on other branches or the remainder of the leader. Third day after buds broke out, the emerging leaves withered and died. In short, the tree you sent me never had a chance and I will have to start over next year with a different tree and lose a year's growth.

I am a little worried about its condition...it arrived with a lot of vegetation lost and a lot of brown spots...just a couple leaves....took it out of the box and let it rest under a grow light then I planted it...fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I ordered the plants, it appeared that the delivery would be 5-7 days. They were at my house in 2 days!!! The plants ARE dormant, but are very well marked so you know exactly what they are and the markers are plastic and easy to keep on the plants so you don't forget what you put where.... I'm very pleased with the packaging, too. I got a 5' tall tree and was afraid it wouldn't travel well, but they have definitely figured out that problem. NO broken branches. Everything in excellent condition.

For Father's Day I bought this tree for my husband. He has always wanted one. I did have to buy one between 5' to 6'. All the smaller ones were sold out. But I am so glad I did. It is already a gorgeous tree.

I will not shop there again. They do not stand behind what they ship. Don't waste your money. They sent me a large pawpaw tree that I paid extra money for to get the larger size. It won't grow or put out leaves. I was told to wait until May, then in May it was wait until June, now in June it's wait until next year. Pure run around. From now on I will pay more and spend my money with a nurture that stands behind their plants.

There was a 6 ft. stalk or trunk and a few flowers on the top. Not what I expected. At least it got there. Im very disappointed!

One of the bamboo is short but healthy and vibrant. The other is extrememly dissapointing and I would NEVER have paid $65 for it. It is a bamboo stick with literally one stalk and one leaf. VERY disappointed. Would like a refund for one of the plants.
