Very disappointed and I feel like I totally wasted my money. These plants are very poor quality. There was no moisture in the roots when they were shipped. Some of the branches were broken and already brittle. I planted them within an hour after receiving them. I watered them and added good composted soil. Then it rained that night and they got good water. Today the leaves are all brown and falling off. Two of them do not look like they will survive. The 3rd one has a slight chance. I am in charge of our HOA's landscaping. I am not a neophyte gardener. I would appreciate your response to this.

Tree in a box not much more info. provided, ie. what if your purchase was a deciduous tree and it`s approaching summertime, do you keep it in a pot until fall or drop it in the ground in the searing heat?. etc etc...

Shipping was timely and package arrived in good shape. I’m a little concerned at my weeping willow only came with one tap root and very little additional roots.

Nice thick tree sprouting lots of leaf buds. Branches do look like the tree was wrapped or cramed while growing, they are all curved upwards.

We received the grapes in perfect order and timing. We ordered blackberries a year ago and they are thriving!

I have been wanting to add new types of bamboo to my back yard as a screen, but also because I love bamboo. This blue bamboo arrived in a box with really good protection from shipping damage. The root structure was enclosed in plastic with water retaining gel to keep plant from drying out. Can't wait to see what it looks like once it starts to grow.

Bamboo was very well packaged and instructions were very easy and clear. Everything was more than I hoped for and expected. And I'm not easy to please. Thanks much. Tim
