I ordered 5 Fuyu persimmon trees. They were small to start with and never grew. Now I have to wait a year to get them next spring! I wish I could cancel my order and get my cash back so I could hunt for local sources. I am not happy.

The tree is a few weeks in the ground and right from the day in which it arrived it appeared dead, i planted it anyway in the hopes that i was wrong but still no change, no leaves and the bark and branches look very dry and dead. I would like a replacement or a refund ASAP please.

The plants arrived in extremely poor condition, with several of tge grape varieties undersized with no signs of budding or life whatsoever. The pomegranate was half dead wuth what branches there were with leaves on them showing severe leaf curl. The apricot was dry and lifeless. Regardless, I planted everything immediately and have been tending everything diligently since then. I doubt if anything will survive.

"I bought two persimmon trees to plant in our yard. It was my first time purchasing trees online, and both trees were packed in the same package. However, one of the trees had a label, while the other one did not. The packing slip provided did not contain any details about the package, but it did include instructions on how to plant the trees. Additionally, I received two tracking emails which I haven't opened yet.
I invested a lot of effort into planting both trees, but when I contacted customer support to address the issue, they simply apologized and stated that they had sent both trees in the same package. They were unwilling to take any further action to rectify the situation. The customer support team failed to realize that their mistake caused unnecessary labor on my part.
Now, I have decided to remove the trees and plant them separately in two different spots. This experience has taught me a lesson about ordering online from this particular website."

My son-in-law planted the Newport double flowering plum as soon s we got it. He said it looked half dead. We gave it good soil and watered it often. We had some rain showers too. But the branches are now dry and dead. Very disappointed as this was to be a memorial tree ion honor of my deceased husband.
