Disappointed. Bought a Granny Smith and a golden delicious. The one that had branches on it. Had 2 broken branches on it. And the other tree. Wasn’t a tree. It was a stick. No branches at all. Now I ordered trees 2-3 and 3-4 feet tall. You can’t tell me the stick I planted had no limbs. Especially if it was that old of a tree. Won’t buy here again. mfi812@aol.com

Deceptive practices! they advertised 5-6 foot tree (takes 3-4 years to grow to that size) but instead they sent 5 ft tall rootstock and a tiny sapling grafted on top! Abhorrently dishonest!!! And even their rootstock shows signs of fungal infection and virus!

TyTy has improved greatly the past 2 years, still have a way to go. If you buy more than 1 tree they bundle the roots together and wrap. Lots of damage unbundling, a piece of the damp paper between the plants would be a cheap fix. Also, when I buy a 5-6' plant at a big box, it's leafed out with branches. Many of the ones TyTy ships are a whip with no branches or even buds. if I hosed off all the roots from the big box, I would have a football sized bundle, TyTy, barely a softball, tap root cut back to 6-8". Most bud out second year, but waiting for branches and fruit is 2-4 years. Nonetheless, they have varieties that just arent available at big box, so I'll wait the extra time.

This is the second order that I have placed this season. Once again nothing looks alive upon receipt. I am giving everything TLC hoping I see some signs of life. My previous order which arrived dead and did not revive..I requested replacement or refund. I was told I needed to wait unti the end of May and then photograph the trees. During the time I have been waiting- I have received daily emails saying last chance to order....so you are putiing new sales ahead of resolving issues with customers who have paid and received. Not good business.

Unfortunately, both sunrise and Appalachian redbud have died. Waiting for refund credit.
Sunrise was healthy first day recieved. The appalachian was pretty much dead on arrival. Sunrise within a few days turn yellow and wither.
The ginko so far are ok but was staring to yellow and brown in some parts. I manage to save it so far.
Everything was packed into one wrapping so seems like whatever illness one tree had spreading to the others.
