I ordered 3 willow trees. 3 dead sticks arrived with the tops cut to fit the box. Should be zero stars but one is the lowest I can choose.

The plant didn’t send properly. I bought few fruit plants and all of them came in a pot with full amount of soil. Each plant was lively and lots of leaves. This one looks deadly. Lots of tapes have been used to wrap the root area and it was too hard to unwrap the tapes.
I doubt whether this plant will survive!

One of the trees arrived CRISPY and dead.

Disappointed! Grapes came wrapped in clear shrink wrap over packing tape which made it impossible to open without harming the roots. Then the planting instructions were useless and customer support takes days.

Half my bare root trees did not bud and I can't get replacements until this fall. I wanted to get them established in this year's growing season.

I knew there wouldn’t be dirt on the roots, but I didn’t expect the top to be lobbed off. If I new that I would purchased from my local nursery.

Absolutely awful, will tell everyone to avoid, the plants were dying and had a leaf blight so bad that I was concerned for the other plants in my garden

I was expecting larger trees that had greens growing for the price as well most of them were completely heat shocked and dried out. I planted them well see how they do. I purchased fruit and nut 15 trees.and bushes.

I was expecting trees, not 5 ft tall sticks. Very disappointed. I could have bought better trees at Home Depot or Menards for half the price and have branches and leave on them . Truthfully I want to return them. I will never purchase from you ever again.

They came with absolute no instructions on planting, feeding, depth to plant, frequency of water needs.
We shall see how they do as they were planted today

I ordered 7-8 ft trees and I'm lucky if there's a ft peaking out of the 4 ft max tree growth shelter we also purchased. Also, no planting instructions in box.
