At least I got a human. Would be a 1-star if not. The person who responded was irritated at my question and responded with a condescending tone, despite my politeness. She also advised that ALL 1-year guarantees are processed after June 1. I asked if I would receive notification when my claim is processed. She repeated her same vanilla response more loudly. I asked if there is anything else I should do. She said I am required to call after June 1 to request a refund. I filled out the request ONLINE and CALLED ALREADY! Why make me continue to initiate all actions? This is poor service with an attitude. What I wanted was a replacement tree, but she said that cannot be done.

Arrived in a large secured box; the fruit tree was packed very tight and nice, very impressed. But, the tree is like a stick with no visible buds or something like that. Planted in the backyard where it will get full sun. I am wonder, but hopeful, that the tree will grow. (This worry is the reason I gave a 4 stars).

Plant shipped fast and arrived in good condition. The rootstock looks a little smaller than the tree so I hope I didn't get a dwarf tree. Time will tell l, but so far so good

The trees are scrawny and crooked. Most troubling is the fact that one of the trees I received was clearly dead when it arrived. After delaying the replacement of the tree for numerous months, a credit was eventually issued. However, there was no reimbursement for shipping. TyTy should have immediately apologized and sent a replacement tree. On the positive side, the price of their trees is not unreasonable ...... but the trees are scrawny and crooked.
