The dorsett apple tree was broken. top 3 inches of stock were hanging half off. The roots were very dry for both apple trees. The pineapple guava had some broken branches and 2 of the branch leaves were covered in what looks like black mold and top leaves were covered in white spots. Planted per instructions and the guava does not look healthy, crossing our fingers that it survives.

I finally have a few leaves coming out on the Pecan Trees. I have not seen much on the Oak Trees as of yet, but I believe that they too will come soon. Sorry, that I took so long getting back to you. I had to be sure that there was progress with the plants.

First time getting a bare root tree. It's weird to get a stick with roots , but we got it in the ground the next day and just a few weeks in we are already seeing life.

Great selection. Just planted an apricot tree and 2 Champagne Grape vines. They came carefully wrapped. Hoping they will grow and survive here in Virginia! I did not get any planting instructions in packaging. That would have been helpful, especially since I received over a Holiday weekend and customer service was not available.

Sadly, the plant arrived with the rootball crushed and all leaves completely crispy. I send an email with photos, then called and spoke with customer service the day it arrived. I’m still waiting for how she wants to handle this. I was told it’s common to receive plants with dead leaves however, I’m a regular online purchaser buying for myself and many friends whose gardens I design and I’ve never received a tree or plant in such bad shape when it’s not yet summer.

I'm giving 3 stars rather than 'O' due to satisfactory past experience.
I ordered 5 bare root fruit trees. The 3 plum (5-6 feet) arrived with very few limbs, broken limbs and significantly damaged/broken roots. The trunks, although were 5 feet in height, were really small in diameter considering the height. These plants grew high fast enough to sell as 5-6 feet plants but perhaps not slow enough to develope. Of the 3 plums, the pollinator (i.e. wild plum) was in the best condition.
The 2 grape vines had thick trunks but, as with the plum plants, significant root damage.
All 5 plants have been planted in good soil with BioT. plant starter but with little expectation on my part. Too much money, too much time nursing these plants with little expectation of pay-off...
