I am new to Ty Ty but clearly Ty Ty has been around long enough to figure out the safest, most secure way to ship trees. Unless someone along the route severely mishandles the box (and we all know that happens), Ty Ty trees are going to arrive safe and sound.

I ordered 2 black bamboo plants (Order# 459845). 1 is healthy, but the other looks unhealthy or almost dead. I emailed pictures to customer support and asked for a replacement. I haven’t heard back yet.

One of the plums arrived already bursting into life and opening buds, while the second one is still in dormancy and has to wake up and say hi to my garden. We'll see soon.

Great section- fast shipping. I’m excited about the trees, just a little nervous because they showed up looking dead with brown and black roots. I get they may be dormant, and we will see if they spring to life.

Not happy with my last purchase of two Elberta peach trees.
Most buds were dry and branches were broken.
