Received to "sticks" with very little root mass. The Northern Pecan might make it. The Hican appears to be an expensive loss. This is the first time I've purchased from this mail-order plant center and most likely the last. Wasted all that time, energy and money for a dead stick. Thankfully the other 50+ trees we planted this spring are budding out and looking great. So yes, we know how this is done in case the company thinks we're amateurs. We're not.

Plants arrived completely dried out, 0 leaves and very brittle. 0 for 3 on the plants I received. Planted properly just to see what happens..... looking sad and dead

I ordered Blackberry and Raspberry bushes from TY. The raspberry bushes were dead. TY says they will replace or reimburse for non-viable plants. This was last year. I have yet to receive compensation for the dead plants.

Absolutely horrible experience! $75 for two foot long bare sticks with no roots packed in a three foot long box ($30 for shipping) when all other plant nurseries sent me fully grown plants. Never again. Middle of May nothing is dormant ! Buyer beware !!!

Ordered 3 crabapple trees that came in a timely manner, the box looked to be put through a shedder lol but that’s the fault of ups. Trees seemed to be unscathed, my only problem was with customer service. I called to ask them if there crabapple trees where grown from seed bc they where not grafted. Which she implied that they where grafted, I know what a grafted tree looks like and these where not grafted. She told me that only the wildlife crabapples where grown from seed and the two dolgo’s were grafted. I just hope that I didn’t get all wildlife crabapples trees because at only a 12in stick it’s impossible to tell right now

The website was easy to use. The order shipped and delivered quickly. The package arrived in good condition. However, the person packaging the tree failed to restrain the tree from moving inside the box. About 12 inches of the top of the tree was broken off into three pieces.

Terrible health condition for all my plants and missing item

Plants arrived in great condition (even for a late season shipment). Selection was top notch. Only reason not a “5” was a customer service representative that was adamant that the company never offers free shipping. Despite the screen shot that I sent, she insisted that it wasn’t their website and that “you never know who can hack into the material you see”. When addressed with the Sales email address, shipping was quickly refunded. Quality

Not happy. Ordered 3 grape vines all we’re supposed to be 3 year vines ready to bare fruit, but the Concord grape vine is nothing more than a 1 year twig. Called and spoke with sales was asked to send a photo, never heard back from them.
Not good customer service. 👎
