My poor plant was cooked on a hot truck for a few days. I know that it's not your fault, but The leaves were very dry and crunchy, Over half of the leaves fell off. I got it planted but I don't know if it will live.

Nice job. I think it was a good idea to pack the roots of my apple trees to keep them from breaking dormancy before they arrived. They had just a few buds less than a quarter of an inch.

My sign in would not work so I couldn't use your online ordering, although, I was able to speak to an actual person, which is nice.
The Tree came in good shape and we were able to get it in the ground same day. Looking forward to watch it grow.
Thank you, for always sending quality products.

Expected the plants to be shipped quicker, but I don't mind waiting. However, I have ordered countless bare root plants from numerous companies over the years. I have never received trees where I could immediately break of the top 6+ inches of each branch due that section dying. I am unsure if you shave off every leaf or branch (some trees) prior to shipping, but that is a new one for me. It would also be beneficial to put the size of the 5-1 peach tree on your site because a 1-2' branch is NOT what I expected nor anticipated. Highly dissapointed and based upon the condition and dead branches upon arrival, I don't have high hopes for all of the plants to survive.

Order was shipped promptly and arrived well packaged. The two saplings looked good. However, it was a bit of shock to see how severely it was pruned for shipping. Time will tell!

Delivery was fast and trees were packed well.
However, both trees appeared dead. The leaves were brown and falling off. I planted the same day I received them. Hopefully, they turn around and live.

Roots on 6 ft tree we’re a bit out of shape but won’t know if tree is affected for a few days.
