I’ve had bad experiences with another online nursery order so I was a little hesitant to order again but I am glad I did. I am very happy with my order. Communication was GREAT! Packaging was FANTASTIC! And after only two days in the ground most of my trees have leaves that are budding out. Y’all provided great info about what works in my zone and planting recommendations. Prices are pretty reasonable too. I will definitely shop here again.

I ordered a 6-7 foot pear tree in a 3-4 gallon bucket. I received a 5-6 ft. dead tree with the roots wrapped in ice. I want my money back!

Ordered two grape vines. They were packaged with hundreds of tiny silicon pieces all stuck to the roots. When I opened it all spilled over brand new mulch. Awful!! And pointless. No instructions no warning about the giant unclean-able mess it left all over my yard. Just wish the packing dept would use a bit of coming sense and not use that crap to package or warn people they need to be extra careful when opening.

The plants came in really poor condition and I was really disappointed. Limbs were snapped and the leaves were wilting. It had only been in the mail for 2 days, it shouldn't have been as rough looking as it was. I don't think any of them are going to make it. Also the gel stuff that it was sent with got everywhere. It would be much better if you guys just use wet shredded paper.

I ordered 2 Belle of GA peach trees. Plus 2 fertilizer time released pods. The trees were 4 feet tall. They were packaged together and the roots were packaged with a water gel then wrapped in paper, taped and double bagged. I had to wait 2 days to plant and they were still wet. Trees had green buds on them and took off quickly.
I'm giving 4 stars bc the add for the fertilizer pod is misleading. It shows 4 pods but they only ship 1 per order. I though I had ordered 8 but instead recieved 2. Looking back on the description I never found anything stating it was 1 per order.
I'll use them again for fruit trees.

Bamboo arrived in what appears to be good condition. The packaging was very good and the root ball was wrapped in a damp paper with water crystals throughout then wrapped in plastic wrap to hold in that moisture. I potted it the next day and it is outside in full sun. I of course have not seen new growth yet but I see no reason why it would not get some in the next few weeks or months. I would purchase from TyTy again.
