I purchased a Tangerine Vine, the root looks healthy, but the vine is brown does not appear healthy. I am assuming that a new vine will sprout, but not sure why it was sent with a dead vine.

I bought a Chicago hardy fig tree, the shipping speed was not bad, but I was surprised that the tree was shipped bare root. Typically , you can ship the tree bare root when it is dormant, but now with the new branches growing and outside temperature around 75-80 F, you can imagine the tree experienced a shock, I don’t know if it can survive. Really disappointing! You should ship it with some soils, it would be much better!

I ordered some blackberry canes and they came wrapped up in a ball of tape which was stuck to all the small roots and tore most of them off as carefully as I tried to unwrap them. I’m waiting to see if they will grow but this could have been much more delicately.

Not impressed. The Maple that we ordered is basically just a stick. There’s a couple buds on the tree but that’s it. I was expecting it to look like a small tree and not a twig.
