delivery was timely. Unboxed 2 plants to find all leaves were shriveled and dry. Root packing seemed damp and okay. Seems the trees might have been packed in dehydrated state. I potted and am keeping watered but not sure the trees will re-leaf.

Trees were well packed and appear to be healthy. There were no instructions with the feeder packets, which I broke open and sprinkled in. I am glad that I then went to the website to make sure I did the right thing. And I had not. I had to dig them all up rinse off the roots, remove all the soil from the hole and replace it with fresh soil, as the instructions found under the FAQs indicated that doing what I did would kill the trees. Hoping I did no harm and wasted my money on those packets, but the trees seem to be good.

Easy to order, arrived in 2 days and growth signs in 3 days. Price of the merchandise is very competitive, but shipping is going sky high (not TyTy fault). Try to order multiple items and that will cut down the shipping costs. Invoice has complete planting instructions on back as well as a copy of their license on front. I wish they would provide the fertilizer recommendation on the web site (I didn't see it), but it was on the invoice and mine is arriving today. If I need another tree(s) I will definitely use TyTy.

5 star review, thanks folks. The two young trees arrived in fine shape, slightly wilted which was expected after recently leafing out. I planted them in containers and they're looking good. Some leaf scorching might develop, I'm a horticultural researcher and pretty much tuned in to what these young plants went through during shipment.

I enjoy shopping with TyTy for our family farm. There are two things I would recommend improving.
1. The products show up as "in stock", however, alot of the time they will show out of stock once you attempt to add them to your cart.
2. The delivery is never on time. Over the last two or three years, I've had multiple deliveries at two different addresses. The shipments do not arrive when the tracking number says they will. The most recent shipment was over 24 hours late. It is a concern for us to have the plants sitting in a hot UPS delivery truck for too long. We wound up having to pot the last delivery at 8:45 at night to keep them from sitting in the box any longer than necessary.

I had bought a pink lady apple tree. It never leafed out and scraping of bark show plant is dead. Emailed customer service and their response was to contact them in June to “complete” the issue. Ticket number is 805-1943.
The claim should be taken care before then and I should not need to contact again. Seemed very odd to me.
