Prompt shipping. Nice packaging. Healthy looking plants.

The trees arrived looking in pretty good shape considering the damaged box. I immediately planted them with 1/2 bag of manure in the bottom of each hole. We got 1” of rain the next night and the trees look good so far.

I ordered 3 boysenberry plants in March. Two of them died and never showed any sign of life from the day I received them. They were brown and brittle. The one plant that is thriving had roots that one could tell were alive. I have contacted Ty Ty nursery regarding this issue and was put off until May. Now I am told to wait until June to get credit for the dead plants. And shipping for these plants ends the end of May. I have to wait another year to receive them. These are very expensive plants and I needed them for this year. I will find another nursery that will be a little more customer oriented. After communicating with the nursery and sending photos, I feel this is just a way to avoid replacing dead plants.

Prices were very reasonable and the fruits trees arrived packaged very well. I will be ordering from TYTY again!

I received dead plants. I notified them and my only response was an order confirmation and case closed. I would never order from here again.

Looked like a stick with a single root. The trees are in the soil for about 3 weeks and there is no buds, I’m very disappointed!

Two of the four plants I ordered are not growing and appear to be dead. One red flame grape and a fig tree. Waited a month before reviewing to be sure they weren’t just dormant. The other two plants, Japanese maple and another red flame grape leafed out as expected.

Impressive shipping. Unfortunately the tree was topped to fit in the box. Hoping it’s growth and look are not altered by this action. Optimistic the tree will leaf out next year.

Starting with the way they package the plants for shipment it tells you how careful they are with their plants. Plants look healthy and beautiful. I will keep buying my plants from them and will recommend them to my friends.

I give TyTy a five star only because of one person that I talked with on a few occasions. Not everyone knows what they are doing nor do they know trees and are unwilling to acknowledge their lack of knowledge. Kayla on the other hand is a five star customer service rep and knows plants and trees, how they grow and what their products are supposed to look like and do. I would give her ten stars if they were available. So the story in short, I bought 2 trees. A flowering tree that is doing really well, started growing right away and has two to three inch sprouts already in two weeks. The other was a cocktail five in one plum. I realized when it arrived the the top two inches of the tree which included one of the grafted buds was dried up and apparently dead. I called right away and sent pictures. Kayla worked up a ticket on it but advised that I give it a little time. Kayla acknowledged by the pictures I emailed that by the other trees in the background I am obviously not a novice at growing trees. I have a lot of tropical trees that do not grow in our region that are producing fruit. Yes, I also have greenhouses for my tropical trees otherwise they wouldn’t make it through our winters. So, back to the plum: I agreed to give it some more time and now after two weeks two more of the grafts have withered and died. Kayla and I discussed this matter and she offered to give us a store credit toward the purchase of another tree seeing they didn’t have another good five in one plum. I explained that we were really only interested in the cocktail plum as I already have so many other trees and my wife was wanting to get this one more for me, As we discussed, those kind of trees probably will not be available again until next winter and we would just prefer a refund and just wait until they are available. Kayla kept her supervisor up on our communications and told me today she could process the refund for me. I didn’t get to talk to her supervisor but I can tell from my conversation with Kayla, they are both very good and knowledgeable people to work with, very understanding and care about their customers. I highly recommend them. They do have very good products, just unfortunately got a not so good batch of cocktail plums this year. I know they will do you right. Just make sure you ask for Kayla. She’s the best.

Don't know yet because the 6 foot Nectarine seems to have been exposed to extreme heat during shipping. All leaves and growth fell off and no signs of life after planting 3 1/2 weeks ago. Waiting to hear back after filling out their contact form?

Grape vines on same order have come to life do they are OK.

So far so good. All the trees are in the ground as of today 19 May 2023.

My only serious complain was the box was torn open in shipping. It's speculative but it's possible someone did a check for invasive species.... if that was the case, they need to get a freaking oscilloscope and be less invasive.

First tme purchasing from here and I am so glad I did. After shopping several local nurseries I thought there would be no finding a white oleander plant. But you had it. The price was good although the shipping price was a bit high. The plant arrived on time and healthy, the root ball securely wrapped in plastic and it was still moist. Planted it yesterday. So far so good. So thank you.

Ordered an Eastern Redbud, planted according to directions, after 2 months no growth - dead. Submitted form for refund but nothing from Tyty after 2 weeks so far.

Never will I buy from TyTy ever again…zero recommendation to others.

A little disappointed in the quality and size of the items I received. I am glad they’re alive, but I definitely was disappointed. I probably won’t be purchasing from here again.

Shipping was speedy and my apple trees arrived in great condition.
