CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. RECEIVED TREES SOONER THAN EXPECTED. PURCHASED 14 TREES. 8 HAD NO LEAVES ON THEM OTHERS WERE LOOKING VERY HEALTHLY. I PLANTED ALL THE TREES. HOPEFULLY THE 8 WITHOUT LEAVES ON THEM WILL GROW AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS. TIME WILL TELL.

The seedlings came small and without signs of life. One of the seedlings was rooted up and had no access to moisture. For the same amount, you can buy larger seedlings in a pot of soil at a local store. I won't be buying seedlings from you again.

It came with no leaves on it or laying in the box Its May 15 it should have leaves

8 foot tree shipped 12 hundred miles in a 2 foot box what kind of shape do you think it came in it's basically a 8 foot stick with all the branches broken off if I could give them zero stars I would still undecided if I am even going to plant it what's worse if I send it back I will just get credit for what to buy from them again I think not looks like I will just eat the cost stay clear of this seller

After 2 years of them sending the wrong trees I finally got restitution,, I do appreciate that but 2 years?? I would never buy from them again. I should have looked at reviews and half of them are 1 star. My experience was horrible.

I purchased a tree from this nursery and had left a good review prior since the packaging and tree size were good....my concern is that when I opened the wrapping on the root ball, I saw very few roots....they were chopped pretty short (including the tap root and broken secondary roots). I really hope with some root growth hormone it will quickly form new roots and won't die.

My shopping experience was great! I was passing through Ty Ty and I was able to make a purchase and pick it up in person. I purchased some grape vines. I purchased 2 types of grapes. One variety did great and the other hasn’t had any growth at all.

I purchased a Fuyu persimmon tree (2-3 ft) as a present. I was expecting something with branches and maybe even leaves. What I got can only be described as a switch with roots. I paid a lot for something that I can only hope will some day sprout even a leaf. VERY disappointed. Won't do that again.
