I've just gotten an email from UPS, telling me that my Weeping Willow has been delivered. Unfortunately, I won't be home for another few hours, so can not give a realistic review at this time. I will try to send one once I have laid eyes on my new love.

My trees came all the leaves were dried up and crunchy, most had fell off. Planted anyway, watered good and watered each evening. Still no life.

I ordered and planted 2 Nuttall Oak trees and planted per instructions. It's now been almost 5 weeks and neither have started to bud. I'm beginning to think that I was shipped 2 dead trees. Very disappointed to date.

My experience was the worst that I have ever had a nursery do. I received a batch of 4 scuppernong vines that were over $70 with shipping and what I received was pitiful. The four stems were broken in shipping and left maybe three inches of stem above the root to be above ground. There was no extended vines to choose after pruning. The vines were supposed to be 2 and 3 years old, however without any leaves or greenery on the plants they appeared to be dry and dead. This type of delivery should never happen from a well known nursery however since this was my first encounter with you and will most likely be my last. I am requesting a refund for these awlful plants.

Bought two grape vines did not take. Spent 80 dollars for these. Lowe’s has healthy established grapes. Neve again. Would request refund at this time

great selection and prices and shipping was quick with most of the trees arriving very healthy but one was damaged to the point (roots broken off) that it will not survive and two others had damage to the roots and will likely not survive

I have purchase from TyTy before and this time we purchased 4 apple trees . All 4 different variety from each other. The order arrived a week later. Everything was packaged well and had instructions. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions mentioned a line on the tree stem to gauge planting depth. Well the line was not as obvious as one might hope. Wife was looking for a mark of some kind and I was looking at the level the previous pot dirt had stained the stem. We had and argument and we almost didn't get them planted. So, I recommend better description of the "mark" on the stem. Other than that, every plant that I have purchased from Ty Ty, over the last 7 years has survived. I trust this company and I appreciate the service you provide. Never had to contact customer service yet but almost did today.

Very disappointed in the tree that I received it was 6 to 7 ft if you counted the roots received a stick no signs of any growth branches leaves etc. I will be surprised if anything frowns planted it within an hour of when it was delivered. For the price I am very disappointed
