bought three plants from the nursery, not impressed with the quality or the size branches are brittle on one of the trees and the other two trees. The branches were broken.

I was very displeased, Bareroot, and dormant plant was not what i was expecting. they have still not showed any signs of being alive. They looked like a few dead stick, with almost no root. if they do not make it i will be filing a complaint with BBB, and who ever else i can. if you are shipping bare root dormant it should be in big letters on the ordering page. and you should stop filtering the reviews, stop hiding the bad reviews. they don't show up and i know of two people that posted bad reviews, but nothing showing.

Easy shopping experience. Fast processing and shipping. Plants came bare-rooted and packaged well for transport. Plants look healthy upon arrival. Have done business multiple times with TyTy Nursery, and will continue to.

Bamboo arrived in timely fashion. Packaging was excellent, in fact I have purchased many plants over the past 10+ years via the internet, and have never had a plant so carefully packed as this was. Bamboo is in the ground time will tell how well it will do. Update at a later time.

Delivery was quick and tree was planted the same day. However: the box was delivered damaged, and I took a picture of it before I brought it into the house. After opening I discovered that the tree was undamaged and in good shape. By the way how soon should the tree come out of dormancy? Will water it daily for the first 10 days as per instructions and then every other day. Here's hoping for the best.

We received the tree in a timely fashion and my husband got the tree in the ground within an hour of delivery. It has been watered daily, but looks completely dead. Should we give it more time?

Half the trees are dead and trying to get warranty completed is still a process I am waiting on. I would avoid this company

The tree I purchased arrived quickly but most of the leaves were dry and falling off. I hope it will live.
