Dwarf Shah Rena mulberry arrived decently quick but with dead leaves. Waiting to see if it perks up or dies completely

Two trees arrived dead. One didn’t have any leaves on it. The other had dried up leaves. Contacted the customer service but I have not received any response.

Order arrived in 4 days in good shape. Instructions for planting were clearly written. I am very pleased.

I purchased an overpriced jujube tree, not only was it overpriced but it wasn't even a grafted tree as i was told it would be, it was clearly just a sucker that had been dug up,with no real root system.
Every opportunity I have i will reveal what an awful underhanded company this is. I have gardened for over half a century and never had an experience as unpleasant as this when purchasing plants.
Shame on you.

Delivery was fast and quick. My Pindo Palm tree came wrapped very well and was completely healthy. I would buy again and recommend Ty Ty Nursery.

I had purchased the same 3 plants 2 months back and they all died. I tried hard and called several times to at least give me the new plants at a discounted price. Your policy of giving the store credit for next year is useless for me. Just because I need these plants and I could not find anywhere else, I have ordered from you.

Plants were packed well for shipping and sizes as expected except blueberries which seemd larger than expected. They were bare root so planted quickly. Will order again.

I won't know until next season whether the tree has adapted well, so I can't speak to that. But,.. The tree was delivered quickly, it was packaged well (seriously, you wouldn't believe how trees sometimes get packaged by other vendors) and the tree was healthy on arrival. If it makes through the winter I may become a regular customer.

Pretty sure I just received dead branches.
They are all planted with root starter so I guess time will tell.

Not sure how to rate these bare root trees yet. I just planted them. They are small with very little growth on them. I guess it would be best to wait a season to rate your product. Thanks
