Plant arrived promptly and well packaged and in good shape. But upon planting, the leaves quickly started getting brown spots and the plant does not look healthy. Not sure if it's going to make it.

I ordered 6 seven ft trees. They all came with zero leaves and zero roots.. looks like someone hacked all the roots to the nub before sending them.. I am incredibly disappointed and can not believe anyone would send something like this to a customer.

Received red haven peach with little amount of a root system and a few broken branches..planted it,supposed to be fruiting size,no buds yet..
Also Received a grape vine that looks very dead..with brown inner layer where plant was pruned..roots also very dry..we will see if it comes to life.
With the money paid,I expected more viable appearance in the plants.

First first things, first, one tree missing from the order in the box, another tree broken in half upon delivery and dried and crackly more than likely dead as well. Very dissatisfied with the product wished it wouldn’t that way since it is semi-local to me but oh well, not good experience for me tried reaching out to customer service on the phone and email I can’t get a response.

My Rising Sun Redbud tree came in great condition. It's a tall stick with leaves on it. I'm afraid the leaves are going to fall off as they look like they are in shock. I requested the transplant mix, the fertilizer, and the shelter. Unfortunately, there are no real instructions on what to do with the plant or the additional mixes. I called customer service and the rep was pleasant and explained all the planting instructions over the phone. They should put them in the box with the plant... I will update my post next year after I know the plant will live.

The trees leaves were dry. I do not like all three tree roots bundled together. It would be very easy and a lot better for the trees to wrap them separately. They could still be shipped together. This is not a good practice.

Well, the delivery was on time, but the teeny tiny tree was totally dried out. The leaves are crispy. I hope the little(and I mean little. Barely meets the minimum size) one survives.

my past experience with Ty Ty was great. this time my Bamboo arrived quickly as usual but the packaging was lacking and one of the plants was broken and the other looked terrible. Im really disappointed. The transplant mixture was not even marked and no instructions were included. I have 6 different types of Bamboo on my property so I do have experience, but to a first time buyer thus would have probably just been tossed as trash.

All of the trees I received had their tops (main trunk) cut off removing all leaves and, several of the main roots cut off. This is "old school" thinking and there are several scientific studies that show this has a negative effect on the plants as well as impacts the long term esthetics. Additionally, two of my fruit trees were not grafted. Fruit trees should always be grafted to ensure the highest quality of fruit, otherwise you never know what quality of fruit it may produce. Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality and the type of processing the trees went through before shipping to me. I will not be purchasing from this vendor again and would not recommend it to my friends.

I received the sun rise, redbud tree. It came in good shape. The top was broken off. I was looking for the flamethrower red bud but y’all do not have it in stock. So I’ve ended up with this other one from the choices you had.
