Delivered yesterday. Tree come with dried leaves. Absolutely dried so now they going to fall out and I have a big concern that plans going to die because it dried out.

Its Better to ship with the potting soil for your shipping price. I have bought your plants and they end up dying due to transplant effector conditions

This was a replacement order for the palms I ordered last year that all died. Credit issued only for the price of plants, but not shopping and handling. With substantial price increase, I was only able to order three palms half the size of the four being replaced, and it took extra cash to even get three After replacement order was placed, I received notification that they were sold out, and to call to discuss options. When I called, the representative was unhelpful and rude. Not much if a guarantee if prices double, plants are smaller, and not even available.

Customer service was able to answer all my questions concerning Honey Crisp apple trees, including proper spacing and cross pollination. Price was also very competitive. The trees arrived quickly and in excellent shape. Got them into the ground today and am looking forward to seeing the first signs of growth.

The plants arrived in a timely manner, however, the leaves are completely dry and they all looked nearly dead. I hope these plants survive, I will come up and update this review after a few weeks, but to me, plants were shipped to save money, not in a way to protect the plant's health.

Package arrived quickly. However I wish it came with some sort of directions since it didn’t come potted. They send the plant with some sort of jelly substance and just roots. I hope I did this correctly. The raspberry plant is literally just a stick with some roots.

Planted my Leyland and last year i bought 2 from a different nursery the werent 6 inches high ,the one i got from tyty already 2 feet tall i read all instructions and planted.The muscadine plants look awful but i know they are dorment ,planted all 3 plants soon as i got them .

I recently ordered 4 fruit trees from this online nursery, based upon the positive reviews I had read. When they arrived 2 appeared to be in decent shape, the calipers were a bit smaller than expected for the price paid, the other 2 did not live up to my expectations. The rootstock on the olive tree I ordered was badly damaged compared to the roots on the other trees. There was barely a stub of roots with most of the smaller roots broken off. The apricot tree I ordered was mostly dead with the last 6-8" on each branch completely dry. It also had no even partially growing buds on any of the branches, it essentially looked like a dead twig.

I have been planting trees for years and grew up with a mother who was a landscape architect so I know what I tree in good condition is and what they cost. For the price of the trees I purchased they did not deliver my money's worth.

I paid over $500 for the 4 trees which is not a huge order, but I was expecting at least some potentially decent customer service, and knowing that it was not the fault of the CS rep, I was pleasent with her in talking about my order. She said the trees looked fine, I sent over pictures of the broken box, the damaged rootstock, and the mostly dead apricot tree. She then said if they did die I would get a site credit for the original cost of the trees. She was pleasant just unfortunately not very helpful.

I have planted the trees and hope they grow, but I will not be purchasing from here again.

Shopping experience is good. Shipping and packaging is rather disappointing. The box from UPS was a little on the worn side. The plant came out of the box with about 6" from the top torn off. Hopefully, the tree will survive.

Was not exspecting bare root plants. I exspected plants in pots with some leaves. I had trouble getting them unwraped and in the process the fry grape snaped in half. I am not sure if it will survive.
