Always a risk buying a living plant online, but it worked out this time and I am very pleased with the pricing, shipping quality and overall process.

Would not change password because I forgot it. Had to wait 3 weeks to order and the trees were drying out when I got them

The tree arrived without any damage. TyTy and UPS did a good job. Another supplier seemed to spend more money on the shipping box than the tree. This tree was well protected. So this tree made me a little nervous, with how much of the roots were cut. And the leaf buds looked dried out and dead. But I know how dormant trees look, and how things can happen. Seriously, after I planted it, and watered it, walked away to prune some other shrubs, and came back a half hour later, several buds had started to open. It didn't leaf out yet, but the buds are still alive and slowly opening. You never know with trees. Between rabbits, moles, lawn mower disease, planting too low, mulching too high. I've been looking for a maple with orange leaves for a while now, and hope this is it. This tree was bigger than similar suppliers, and had a better price. Its thin, but I've paid more money for smaller trees. Its also well branched.

You had the tree I wanted in stock: sassafras (for some reason hard to find). The person I dealt with on the phone (her name may have been Kaitlin?) was polite and efficient, and knew the answers to the questions I asked. The tree (packed in quite amazing packaging!) arrived four days after I ordered it and was planted the same day. It’s pretty tiny, despite being 5 ft tall, but we are giving it TLC and hope to see it flourish. It was a pleasure doing business with TyTy.

Package arrived fairly quickly and on time and the tree was well wrapped but the leaves were droopy and wilted I planted it right away as I was prepared with a hole already... since I have planted the tree we have been getting rain so I hope it bounces back and releafs

Two blackberry stalks, one was broken. But plant will probably be ok in a few months.

Quickly arrived, and love the choices on the website, but the bamboo tree and Alapaha blueberry bush look a little sickly and the McIntosh sapling doesn’t have any buds on it. Time will tell if they’ll make it.
