The trees are healthy, strong with good root structure. They are shipped to keep the roots damp. No issues with dry plants. They arrived healthy with no stress because they are well cared for and dormant.

I am very pleased that you took the time to send me a replacement red pear tree. After all that had happened I was not going to buy anything from your nursery again, but now I am so pleased that I have told all my garden club members of your service. Thank you again and the replacement looks great and I plan on purchasing more from your nursery.

Received dead or dying grape vines.
They were properly planted the day they arrived and have been watered sufficiently but have shown no signs of root development or budding after three weeks. They are as loose in the soil as the day I planted them.
I demand replacements or a refund.

Last year, 2022, nearly all items in my order died even with good care. A gift certificate was offered in response to my claim. This year 2023 when I ordered two varieties of chestnut, Black walnut and one variety of chestnut arrived this spring. In response to my recent claim two American chestnuts were sent promptly and in good condition. I have had problems with both of my orders in 2022 and 2023. I will not be ordering from TyTy again.

Ty Ty sent 3-4 emails letting me know when my tree would be arriving so that it would not sit around in the box and suffer heat damage.
Quick and inexpensive UPS delivery
Somewhat concerned with bare roots taking and supporting cut back foliage but after 24 hours in the ground, the foliage looks fine.

Received the 3 trees I ordered in three days. Trees were better than expected and received in excellent condition. I planted the next day and have been water ing daily. Everything looks good so far but I am not known to be good with plants, so will have to see. Thanks for your prompt shipment.
