I've been a very satisfied customer for a few years now.
Excellent specimens, great transport packaging, etc.
But of upmost value to me is that last year I ordered too early (Duluth mn) and the plants froze during transport. My fault.
But they, more specifically Kayla - excerpt knowledge BTW on all things plant related - was of significant help in sending me a fresh replacement order. WOW! the plants were bugger and more robust than the original ones.

The The pomegranate instantly started dying and the two little twigs that are supposed to be pawpaw plants haven't shown any evidence of being alive and looked dead when they arrived The pawpaw plants y'all sent me are much bigger than a straw

So far I'm impressed. My 3 trees arrived very well packaged with moisture beads, paper and then plastic. The stock looks very good with nodes that that are ready to regrow, good roots and they're healthy abs pliable. 10 min after arrival I had them soaking while I prepped the holes and 2 hrs later they were planted so I'm very excited and hopeful.

My persimmon tree only has four small branches on the very top, and nothing on the lower part .
The last tree I ordered had more branches on top and the center. 4 months later the Center branches did ok , but the top two feet I cut because the branches died out . I hope that the new recent tree survives the top otherwise I will have just a 6 feet stick.

On delivery my box was broken in half, they tried a poor attempt to taking it back together, but for $30 you expect better($130 total). The trees them selves were pretty good considering but they have only been in the ground for two days. I have high hopes for these crab apples, I’m going ti need many more🤞. I pay a bit more locally for regular apple trees, bigger and not dry rooted, but I need crab apples so I’m hoping your my answer. Thank you up to this point.
