Called because the wrong size tree was sent and the person on the phone was rude .. I own a business in Washington DC for over 19 years and this is not who to handle an order that is incorrect . … this person could have tan;ked to someone… to see if the wrong size tree was sent first.

Ginko Biloba 4' was received as promised and was promptly planted in accordance with the attached instructions. It is now May, here in Florida, and the buds are dormant. As requested by TY TY pictures of the tree were sent. Reply is that I will have to wait till June for a final decision and/or a refund. Understandable.

I bought 4 plants, a5-6 ft apple tree, a fruiting raspberry, fruiting blackberry and a Kwanzan cherry tree. The top foot of the apple tree was broken off when we received it. I don’t necessarily think it was the nurseries fault as they did do a lot to provide support. Unfortunately the box came completely mangled and the top of the box was almost ripped off, the tree is just too thin to handle that type of manhandling. Other than that I feel very optimistic about the plants. We are still going to plant the apple tree and hope it does well.

If the plants grow you are lucky. For the ones that dont grow, the warranty is useless, You'll take a loss.. Only 5 out of 8 plants made it. Go somewhere else.
