The peach tree was great, but the apple tree only had a main trunk and one short branch

Tree looked dead I was told it had a year warranty

Quick and easy. Order got to me in less than a week! Will definitely order again!

The tree arrived in a few days but several branches were broken and the leaves very dtoopy. I planted the day after it arrived and have not seem any improvement in the tree

i have purchased from your comany severl times now. when things go right your company is fine. when you make a mistake, your ability to service is terrible. last year i purchased an all in one almond. when i recieved it i notified you with a photo that the tree was dead except the bottom. i was tokd to wait till the next season and it would bounce back. i waited a year and it didnt. i sent in another picture and was told it was fine and to wait longer. i pushed back and kylee talked to her manager who said it was dead at the graft. i asked her to mail me a relplacement like should have happened a year ago. she said no and that the amount of the purchase would be a credit. the credit didnt show on my account when i went to reorder and again i had to email support. it was then fixed and i went to use my 25 dollar credit. but your system made me spend 40 dollars to get my 25 credit. this wad an all around pain in the *** that never should have been an issue. you should have made it right a year ago when i made the purchase. how you handle the exceptions is at least as important as the day to day.

customer service answered all our question, tree arrived alive with green buds. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEM

Trees arrived in a timely fashion and were still moist at the roots. However there were several broken roots in the package and I’m pretty concerned about them surviving.

Planted, now waiting to see it grow

My plant looks dead. I opened the box within an hour of receipt and took a picture of it. It was planted yesterday. I also was not aware it would be bare root

We were surprised when we opened the box that there were so little roots on the two trees. The main roots had been cut, and just a few small roots were remaining. The tops of the trees had been clipped to fit into the box. There were only four or five leaves on either tree. Was expecting better quality.

Plants came looking great, just planted so hope they grow

The plant arrived fast, packed correctly and healthy

Showed up exactly how it was described and has taken off! Little buds everywhere!

Goood

Arrived in great shape and have already put in the ground.

Delivered in great shape

Tree arrived on time, secured, ready to plant. I appreciated the care instructions; as follows I watered the first 10 days and the tree bloomed leaves quickly and abundantly. I am very happy!

Fast service Plant as described This tree did not have a tag on it

It’s hard to find Palm trees to have by the pool in Ohio, but finding a company that not only has one that says it should grow in Zone 6 Ohio with a year guarantee on it, and willing to ship it is awesome! They are smaller than what I’d prefer but being so hard to find I am thrilled with them. Fingers crossed I can get them to survive Ohio winters and keep growing!

Bare Root Peach Trees came with a little bit of fresh growth on them. I planted them yesturday on my south facing lawn. I think they will do well. They came well packaged. Thanks
